At Pit Stop Pet Services we strive to provide the best for your pet(s) when you are away. This is a breakdown of our policies. As always feel free to contact us with any questions.

Scheduling

We have partnered up with DoTimely to easily schedule, cancel and edit your appointments from your phone or computer. Yours and your pet’s information will all be saved on your profile and can be updated and edited at any time. There is a free app for your phone to easily access DoTimely wherever you are.  After each visit is completed you will receive an email with a potty report and pictures from the visit. If you schedule a dog walk you will also receive a GPS tracked map of your dog’s walk. Email us at pitstoppetservices@gmail.com and we will send you a welcome link to easily set up your profile. 

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and CashApp. If another payment option is needed please let us know. We are happy to work with you on whatever options work best.

Tipping

Tipping is never required, but always appreciated. Your tip will always go 100% to the sitter.

Cancellation Policy

Visits: all cancellations and changes need to be made at least 24 hrs in advance.
If not then you will be charged full price for the scheduled visits. 

Overnights:  all cancellations and changes need to be made at least 48 hrs in advance.
If not then you will be charged 50% of your stay total. 

Holiday Cancellation Policy

All holiday visits and overnight stays will require 1 week on cancellations and/or changes to your scheduled appointments. This is our busiest time and we turn a lot of business away once fully booked and we appreciate your understanding in needing a longer window of time. 

Late Booking Fees

If you schedule less than 24 hrs in advance you will be charged a late booking fee. For holidays we will need 72 hrs in advance. 

      Late booking fee: Visits $5 | Overnights $10

Holiday late booking fee: Visits $10 | Overnights $20

After Hours Drop-off/Pickup Fee

$10 (normal business hours from 9am-9pm)

Travel Fees

Clients who are not located in our service area will have a travel fee applied to their visits/stay.

10-15 miles away: $10/night for overnights or $5/visit

Over 15 miles away: $20/night for overnights or $10/visit

Holidays

Holiday availability is first come first serve, we suggest getting those holiday requests in asap.

Holiday Fee: $10 per day for overnights and $5 per visit

Additional Fees

Puppies under 6 months, elderly dogs and dogs with medical conditions who cannot be left alone for 5-6 hours will require an additional fee of $20/night for overnights.
